About the next version of epic4, epic4-2.10

The next version of epic4 is likely to be called epic4-2.10.

*** PLEASE LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY ***

if you are a port/package maintainer of epic4 and if epic4-2.10 will
cause you heartache. If it does, and you don't let me know, I won't
know, and then I won't be too sympathetic about dealing with it after
it's too late.
